Returns + Exchanges
Flor De Amor
Flor De Amor honors your business accepts returns on most unused products within 10 days of receipt of purchase for refund or store credit. Please contact us or send an email to email@example.com to resolve any discrepancies within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Returns must be shipped back in their pristine condition (unopened and unused) and in original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are subject to review, and a 25% restocking fee applies to items returned in unacceptable condition. Special sales items, percentage off discounts, and promotional items are final sale. Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the issue right away. Following this seven days, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take photos. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Flor de Amor, we have a deep respect for nature and the environment, if there is a way to resolve any returns without reshipping and using more energy and packaging, we would prefer to find an ecologically friendly solution - therefor please call us.
